Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
